We operate as a fully transparent and legally compliant entity within Indonesia, ensuring stability and accountability.

  • Legal Entity: Komodo Diving Trip is operated by PT Juara Bahari Nusantara, a legally registered Indonesian company (Perseroan Terbatas) and a proud member of the Juara Holding Group.
  • Tourism License (SIUP): We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business License) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct marine tourism activities.
  • Tax Compliance (NPWP): Our company is registered with the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes and holds a valid Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (Taxpayer Identification Number), fulfilling all fiscal obligations.
  • Employee Welfare: We are fully compliant with Indonesian labor laws. All our local employees are registered for BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security program covering work accidents, old age, and death benefits).

We require all guests to hold valid dive insurance, such as that offered by DAN.
  • Emergency Equipment & Training: Our vessels are equipped with multiple, large-capacity DAN-standard emergency oxygen kits. All our dive guides and key vessel crew are certified Emergency First Responders (EFR) and undergo regular refresher training.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Our Scubapro and Mares rental equipment is serviced annually by certified technicians. Our Bauer compressors are meticulously maintained and feature advanced filtration for pure, clean air, with quality tested quarterly.
